New Year New Goals
Well a New Year and time to try and get motivated!!!!!
For most of us this tends to be the hardest part of winter however the nights are begining to draw out getting dark after 5pm most nights.
We seem to focus on the weather too much where as we should be spending this negative time in becoming motivated.... Think of a new challenge and build a structured plan as to how you can best achieve this new challenge. We all need small achievable goals so try to be realistic when planning.
